Tests & Results

Test results will be given out by reception staff between 11:30 and 15:00.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

Hospital Results and Scans

If you have had any tests or scans done at the hospital or private clinic these results will take longer to come back than results sent by our practice or the CTAC hubs.

Please allow 3-5 working days for tests done at the hospital or private clinic.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for the practice to receive any scan results. You can contact the hospital department before this time if you want to check the progress of your result.
